She was colicky and often sick as a baby, but the bright happy moments were all that much more precious to me. She loved listening to music, even at a couple weeks old she'd perk up and pay attention as soon as I'd put something on.
She rolled over at 1 1/2 months old, which amazed me, and also meant that she had to be constantly watched at all times.
Now at 3 years old Max is stubborn, adorable and precocious. She has light brown hair and the neatest 'camo' colored eyes. She has large eyes, defined eyebrows, and a huge generous mouth (which I call her 'muppet-mouth). She wrinkles her nose all the time and has strange, super-cute catch phrases that crack us up all the time. Her newest, "Ewwww, what's that per-fect smellllllll?" is a classic line. She's way too rough with her baby brother, and incredibly bossy with her older sisters, but right underneath her 'tough' exterior is a baby girl finally starting to turn into a kid. She's so petite it's insane and has always seemed a little frail to me, but each day she's growing, changing and getting stronger. I think she'll out-do us all....and she will RULE THE WORLD.
