Elijah

Elijah was born on Sept. 25th 2007 at 4:25 am. He weighed 10 pounds 14ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. He seemed just absolutely huge at birth, had brown hair in a natural mohawk and blue eyes. He looked just like a little cherub, perfect in every way. His birth was an amazing experience, Jeremiah and I spent most of the night hanging out, talking and listening to music. Just the two of us, and our nurse, of course. When he was born it seemed so natural and calm, like a big ball of happiness just swirling around. The look on Jeremiah's face alone was well worth 9 months of pregnancy.

Now Elijah is 10 months old, he has light brown, curly hair, green sparkly eyes (turning into relicas of his Poppa's!) and an incredibly mischevious smile. He's bright and so much fun. He seems like a miniature version of Jeremiah, full of life, energenic, always into something or thinking about what he could get into. He plays very well with his sisters and sometimes bullies them for food and toys. He's a very physical entity, which can be difficult at times, always moving around, always grabbing, always pulling, punching or pinching.

He loves to get attention from pretty much anyone around him. I call him a 'lover' cause he's always looking, laughing and flirting with someone while we're in public. Especially in lines at stores and at restaurants. He's pretty much irresistable!
